Where can I find advanced analytics report?
Click the Advanced analytics tab in the main sidebar of the ONE platform.
Information description
This is our only dashboard that contains multiple tabs.
This is done in order to divide the information into meaningful blocks and not to overload one page with small print. We care about your user experience.
Cost Overview
The first tab contains all the logistics cost information that flows through our platform.
You can view it both for the company as a whole (if the rights of your role allow you to do so) and for each site individually.
The following graph helps to compare which countries take up most of the logistics budget.
The following is a schedule of current transportation costs and a forecast of costs for the period of the year.
This graph makes sense to filter by specific country or transportation fashion, then the predictions will be more accurate and relevant.
To do this, click on the desired country in the previous chart. For example, Sweden. This will allow you to plan your expenses in advance.
In the following graph, you can see in detail the structure of cost sharing by transportation mods. All costs are presented in percentages.
For example, in this example, you can see that air used to be a major part of the cost, but since March air transportation has virtually gone away and most of the cost has gone to road transportation.
In the bottom chart, you can analyze costs by carrier. If you want to check cost trends for a specific carrier, click on it.
If you combine country-specific and carrier-specific filtering, you can see the predicted costs for that destination more accurately.
Practical case
For example, we want to look at costs for the first quarter of '25 in our second site.
We saw from our internal reporting that our costs for shipments to Sweden had increased, so we singled out that country for analysis.
And you can see from the charts that yes, there was indeed a spike in the cost of shipments in February, but we understand from the next chart that this is due to a dramatic increase in air shipments.
Cost Efficiency
It is next tab inside report.
Here you can also filter by the desired site in the hotel, or see all the data.
The first graph you see is the distribution of costs by transportation modes. You can use it to see which mode you spend the most budget on.
If you filtered by site, this will show you the costs of transport modes for a particular site.
The following chart focuses on transportation lanes.
It can be used for example as follows.
Filter the chart above by the most expensive transportation mode and in the table sort lanes from the most expensive to the cheapest and see which lane the largest part of the amount goes to. As shown in the graph.
The following chart shows the average price per kilogram of freight. It clearly shows the peaks when the cost of transportation jumped by transport modes.
This can be used in the following way. Click on the month of interest and neighboring charts will be filtered by the same month.
Or you can filter by specific transportation mode and peak to see which specific shipments are included in this analysis.
The following chart will provide you with information on the cost per ton of freight per kilometer based on distance.
You can zoom in and out by moving the sliders. This will allow you to see, for example, the most expensive departures by this parameter. Those that are in the upper left corner.
In the last graph on the page, you can estimate the delivery rate by mod. This is to compare the need to overpay for a more expensive transport mode.
Normalized price dynamics
Here you can see analytics broken down by weight category and by lanes.
Select the line of interest from the list (you can use the arrows to search).
And the neighboring charts will update according to the data. It is better to use this graph on a specific lane or mode, then the data will be less averaged and you can get more insights.
For example, let's choose a destination from Sweden to Norway. We can see from the charts that shipments go there either by road or by courier services. At that, all parcels under 2 kilograms go by courier services, and parcels from 50 - 300 and so and so. And the price differs almost 10 times per ton per km.
Operations
This tab can help you analyze the carriers you work with.
The topmost chart demonstrates the breakdown by carrier and the transportation modes on which they are involved.
For example in this case it is clear that most shipments are “DHL Global forwarding” and they are mostly air and ocean.
The following graph allows you to analyze transportation lanes for regular exceptions in shipments.
For example, it is obvious that the SE - US lane has a huge number of risks, which our team is constantly checking. So does the SE to CN lane.
But for example, the FR - SE lane has no risks, but there are always exceptions, which we have to solve. And here it may be worth considering the option of changing the carrier for this lane.
In the bottom chart, you can track the punch for specific recipients. For example, you have an important customer who constantly complains about delays. You can find it here and see how many shipments arrive on time.
For example in this example you can see that this company receives only 20% of shipments on time, which is very low and a reason to reconsider the carrier in this direction.
Here you can also put a filter on one specific city or carrier. For example, to compare two specific carriers for the same destinations.
From this comparison, we can evaluate the OTIF of the carriers and it can be seen that DSV It has a higher average in this example.
But the lines on which these carriers often have exceptions are different. This means that it is possible to remove them from these lines to improve the overall performance.
