What can I find on the submissions tab?

We will tell you what information you can find about your shipments on your own.

Go to the shipments tab

In this tab you can see all shipments that have gone through our system from your company. These can be both active shipments and already delivered shipments.

Each shipment is a separate line with key information. You can get more detailed information by double-clicking on the shipment.

Key information

The first and most important thing you see on the shipping card is the shipping number.

You can also see Sender`s reference. It must be indicated when booking through our system.

If you have specified a Recipient reference you will also see it in this short card.

On the shipment card, you can see the type of packaging.

Information on Weight, number of packs and price is also available in quick access.

You can quickly see information about the carrier and service used for this shipment.

If the shipment is booked with the Green option, or the carrier's service itself provides Green transportation, then you will see a green leaf in the status in the shipment card.

You can also use the card to quickly determine where your shipment is coming from and where it is going and its current status.

If the shipment has an exception, then that will be reflected in the status.

Quick filters

In addition to the standard filters by date, time, carrier, service and so on, you can use quick filters to find the right shipments.

You can quickly find the shipment you need by the shipment number and any of the references you have provided.

You can open only those shipments that are currently in transit and hide all delivered shipments.

You can focus only on the dispatches you have marked.

You can also create a rule that will mark items for you depending on the criteria you specify. For example, only shipments to a specific customer, or only shipments with a specific carrier, or shipments for which you are responsible.

You can also quickly filter out shipments that have any exceptions.

You can quickly filter all shipments that use Green options for transportation.

Well the rest of the filters that allow you to filter by carrier, transport mode, and date.

Advanced filters
