What this dashboard is for
Partner shipments is your daily to-do list. In one page it shows:
what needs to be picked up, and what is already overdue;
what is in transit and when it should arrive;
which exceptions are open right now.
Every shipment in the lists links to ONE, so you can go from “something is late” to “I’m fixing it” in one click.

Shipments in transit and Awaiting pickup
Shipments in transit lists everything on its way, with mode (✈ air, 🚚 road), ETA, carrier, sender and receiver.
Click the ETA (or Overdue) to open the shipment in ONE.
All / Bookmarked: Bookmarked shows only the shipments you’ve bookmarked in ONE. Use it to keep an eye on important or sensitive shipments.
Click a column header to sort, for example by estimated delivery.
Awaiting pickup lists shipments that are created or in pre-transport, sorted by planned pickup. Overdue means the planned pickup date has passed. Click the label to open the shipment.
Tip: start each day at the top of both lists. The oldest overdue shipments are the ones most likely to have a problem.
Active shipments
Shows every shipment that isn’t delivered or returned yet. Switch the view with the buttons:
Status: how many shipments are in each step (In Transit, Pre Transport, Ongoing Investigation).
Carrier: how many active shipments each carrier has.
Mode: splits each carrier’s bar by transport mode (air, road, sea, intermodal).
Click a bar to filter the lists on the left. For example, click DHL Express to see only its shipments in transit.
Active exceptions by type
Shows open exceptions by type (Delay, Risk of exception, Customs delay and so on). This is the number to bring down.
Note: this chart shows only open exceptions right now. The Exceptions card at the top counts all exceptions in the period, so the numbers differ.
To see the shipments behind an exception type:
Click a slice, for example Customs Delay.
Click Details (top right of the chart).
The Exceptions page lists every exception of that type: status, when it was registered, carrier, service, sender and receiver. Click a shipment number to open it in ONE. Use the arrow at the top left to go back.
Tip: sort by Registered to find the oldest open exceptions, and by Carrier to see whether one carrier causes most of them, for example customs delays on one express service.
Common questions
Why is a shipment overdue even though it was delivered?
The carrier hasn’t sent the delivery status yet. Open the shipment in ONE to check or update it.
Why don’t In transit and the lists change when I change Period?
They show the current situation, not history.
Can I export a list?
