How do I save a complex filter?

You can set up a complex filter on shipments once and save it to save time in the future.

Log in to the platform

Click on the shipments tab.

Customizing filters

Click on the icon and a bar will open in front of you with additional filters you can use.

You can save any combination of filters, including those on the top bar.

Fill in the fields with the data you need.

Save filter

To avoid exposing the filter over and over again each time, save it. Click on the โ€œSaveโ€ icon.

Come up with a name for your filter. It is advisable to come up with a name that clearly tells you what shipments it highlights. In our case we can use for example: โ€œDHL Euroconnect SE - GB with exceptions last monthโ€.

Click save and that's it, your filter is saved.

How to find saved filters

First, reset all filters on the page by pressing the Reset button.

And then click on the folder icon.

A list of all saved filters of your organization will open in front of you.

You can select any filter by clicking on the LOAD button and it will load on your page.
