Where can I find my declarations?

We'll explain how and where to find your declarations linked to shipments.

Updated over a month ago

Customs tab

To find all your declarations you need to click on the Customs tab on the right side of the screen.

The declarations page for your shipments will open in front of you.

Filters

On the page, you can filter the declarations by date.

By waybill number.

Or by customs declaration ID.

Information on the declaration card

The first thing you see on the little card is the declaration ID and current status. Declaration can only be created in our system and be in “Draft” status, it can be “Sent to broker” or “Closed” if all documents are uploaded and data are added.

Next you see the date when this declaration was registered in our system. And the waybill number.

Further the number of HS codes is displayed. If there are several of them, you can hover over the inscription and a pop-up list will appear.

If the declaration has information about the shipment (number or reference), or the shipment number matches the waybill number, or the team has manually entered the waybill number for the shipment on the shipment page within our system, then the declaration will be linked to the correct shipment.

Clicking on it will automatically take you to the shipment page.

And then there is a section with the documents that are attached to this card.

Declaration page

Double click on the card and it will take you to a full page on this declaration.

At the very top of the page you can see the Declaration Id and current status.

The next block contains information about the order.

If Seller Country and Buyer Country contain more than one value on the declaration, they will be listed here separated by commas. The same principle works with currencies.

The next block contains information about the documents.

The next block contains information about Timeline and Taxes. It is very rare that our system can show blank values. This can mean that the declaration is not yet completely finished.

The next block contains information about goods.

At the bottom there is a block with information about the shipment. It is exactly the same as it is presented in the Shipment tab.
