Log in with your username and password, then navigate to the Transport Booking tab.
If you do not see this tab, it means one of the following:
Your company has not yet been granted booking access through our interface.
The tab must be specifically enabled for your site.
In either case, please contact our Support Team or your Account Manager.
When you open the booking interface via templates, you will see the fields that must be completed.
Start from the top and fill in all required fields step by step.
The address section contains optional Pickup and Delivery details. If you do not need them, you may remove this section.
If you need the Pickup and Delivery details and they are identical to the addresses you have already entered, you can copy the information with a single click.
As you fill in the form, a checklist will appear on the right-hand side of the screen. It shows your progress and highlights any incomplete fields in each section. This helps you stay on track during the booking process.
For bookings requiring customs clearance, additional sections with product details will be displayed. For shipments that do not require customs clearance, these sections will not appear.
In the Goods Description section, the Total Weight and Total Volume fields are calculated automatically based on the shipment details. You may also adjust these values manually if needed.
You can add additional goods under the same booking if required.
Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory and must be completed.
You may attach additional documents to your booking. These will be visible on the booked shipment page.
That’s it — your booking is complete. Within 3 minutes, all information will appear under the Shipments tab.
