Partner analytics: your volumes, weight and cost at a glance

A short guide to the Partner analytics report: how much you ship, for whom, with which carriers and on which lanes.

What this report is for

Partner analytics gives you a monthly overview of the business you handle through ONE:

  • how volume, weight and cost develop over time;

  • which carriers, lanes and transport modes you use most;

  • which clients generate the most shipments.

Use it for monthly follow-ups, planning capacity with carriers or preparing a client review.

Filters

  • Period (top right): default is the last 6 months. All cards and charts follow it.

  • Site: show one or more sites.

  • Data as of: when the data was last updated.

The cards at the top

  • Shipments, Weight (kg) and Transport cost (SEK) for the selected period.

  • The coloured line compares the period with the average of the previous 12 months. Green = better (more shipments, lower cost), red = worse.

  • Transport cost includes only the prices that are visible to you as a partner, so it may not be the full cost of every shipment.

The charts

Chart

What it shows

Look for

Shipments by month

Number of shipments per registration month.

Growth, seasonal peaks, sudden drops.

Weight by month (kg)

Total weight per month.

Months where weight and number of shipments move differently. That means heavier or lighter shipments than usual.

Shipments by carrier, top 10

Your most used carriers.

How dependent you are on one carrier.

Shipments by lane, top 10

Your busiest routes (pickup country – delivery country).

Where your volume is concentrated, useful when negotiating rates per lane.

Shipments by transport mode

Share of road, air, sea and intermodal.

A growing air share usually means higher cost and CO₂e.

Shipments by client, top 10

Clients (shipment owners) with the most shipments.

Which clients drive your volume.

Tip: click a bar or a slice to filter the whole page. For example, click a client to see its months, carriers and lanes. Click again to clear.

Note: the first and last months are often partial. With a 6-month period starting 23 April, April only contains one week, so it looks low.
