What this dashboard is for
This dashboard shows your delivered B2C shipments, i.e. parcels delivered to private customers. Use it to:
follow how many orders you deliver each month;
see where in the country your customers are;
spot changes in volume or parcel weight, for example after a campaign or in peak season.
Only delivered shipments are included. Parcels still on their way are not counted.

The cards at the top
Card | What it shows |
Shipments | Delivered parcels in the period. |
Customers | Distinct customers who received a parcel. If it’s close to Shipments, most customers order once. |
Delivery cities | Number of cities you delivered to. Shows how widely spread your customers are. |
Average weight | Average weight per parcel. Useful when choosing parcel services and price brackets. |
The line under each value compares the period with the average of the previous period. ▲ means more than usual.
The charts
Shipments by month and Weight by month (kg): volume and total weight per month. If shipments and weight move differently, your customers are ordering heavier or lighter products than before. The current month is incomplete until it ends.
Shipments by delivery city: cities with the most deliveries, with average parcel weight. Click a column header to sort, for example by weight.
Delivery geography: each dot is a delivery city. Zoom in with + / − or the mouse wheel. Use it to see where demand is concentrated, for example when choosing pickup points or carriers with good local coverage.
Tip: click a city in the table to filter the cards and charts to that city. Click again to clear.
