What if I haven't found the appropriate option?

It may happen that our system will not show you options. This means that your shipment is not standard or the destination is very specific.

Waiting for a response

If our system takes a long time to find the right match

And ends up not finding the right fit or no options at all.

Ask for manual price request

You can click on "Manual price request".

A form will open in front of you, which you can fill out with the information you need so that our team can provide you with the right options.

Fill out the form

The data you filled in before when calculating the price will be automatically added here.

Fill in Pickup date and Delivery date, if Delivery date is strictly fixed (e.g. it is an event, or an important date), then mark it in a special checkbox.

Sender and recipient data is pulled up automatically. But if you were looking for a quote for a new destination by zip code only, then fill in the contact information.

If the Pickup and Delivery addresses are different, you can add them by clicking on the special buttons.

Shipment information will be pulled automatically from your request, but if necessary, add additional information to help the team navigate and find the most appropriate solution.

We can add more than one type of cargo by clicking on a special button.

Be sure to specify Sender reference and if you have additional instructions for pickup or delivery you can specify them here. It is also possible to add documents if necessary to ensure that your shipment is understood correctly.

In the comment section, you can specify your preferred mode of transportation, carrier, etc.

Click the “Send request” button this will generate an email to our team and they will get back to you once they have picked a few suitable options.
